September was a big month for the People Passion team. Between Steptember and Mental Health Awareness Week, we found ourselves walking, talking, and reflecting on what wellbeing really looks like at work.
It wasn’t just about counting steps (though there were plenty of those). It was about reconnecting, supporting each other, and bringing our Culture Calendar to life through small, meaningful moments that remind us — wellbeing isn’t a one-off, it’s how we show up every day.

What Steptember Taught Us
Taking part in Steptember got our team moving, setting goals, and staying accountable together — all while raising funds and awareness for Cerebral Palsy.
Every step counted toward something bigger, supporting Kiwi families and funding vital services. It gave our daily movement extra meaning and reminded us how powerful collective action can be.
And yes — the friendly competition (and Apple Watch step counts!) brought plenty of laughs and healthy motivation along the way.
